About Me

Anthropology in Action
We meet every Monday (5 to 7p.m.) in Goldsmiths, South East London, for debates, films, discussions and seminars with guest-speakers.. Agenda Inclusion The society aims to promote student responsibility to one another and future Goldsmiths students, to create a humble framework for legacy and improvement of student programme. This may be achieved through mediating communication between students and their department through seminars and questionnaires. Responsibility We fully support communication that transcends academic structures of study level and discipline. We hope to both question and unify departments by exposing the context of study in relation to other disciplines and to society. It is also highly important to initiate international departmental links so that members may broaden their perspective of anthropological matters in a global context. Representation The society is conceived to approach anthropological matters in an active and inclusive method of events. To continue the notion of legacy and the construction of a residual framework we promote activities that operate as a model for future generations to continue and adapt to their needs.
